Read A M Football Coaching’s Terms & Conditions
Eligibility:
A M Football Coaching sessions open to boys and girls between the ages of 8-18. The participant must be at least 8 years of age or no older than 18 years of age on the first day of their attendance to An AMFC Group session. 18+ are eligible to take part in One to One Sessions.
Insurance:
All A M Football Coaching venues will be covered by Public Liability Insurance but not for Personal Accidents, loss or damage to personal affects in any way.
Fees:
Monthly Standing Orders & Direct Debits are required to be paid on or by the 1st of each month, in advance of coaching taking place. To secure your place on the selected AMFC Session for the following month. This covers term time coaching sessions, equating to a minimum of THIRTY TWO (32), One (1) hour sessions per year, on a rolling basis. AMFC Session Calendar can be found here.
Cancelling a Standing Order or Direct Debit will be notice of your intention not to attend any more sessions and your place will be given up.
Once the fees have been received, a receipt will be issued by email. The receipt is confirmation of your place on the A M Football Coaching sessions selected for the following month. For bookings made directly to A M Football Coaching, cheques and postal orders should be made payable to ‘Adam Hickmott’ Card/Cash Payments must be made prior to any session commencing.
We over schedule our commitment to sessions, as to bank several sessions in case of weather cancellations or otherwise. Should we dropped under our minimum commitment of sessions completed, additional sessions may be scheduled.
Medical Consent:
A M Football Coaching will not permit any child to participate in the A M Football Coaching Programme without a registration form being completed. By signing up to the programme you give your permission to allow your child to be given medical treatment either by way of first aid by a suitably qualified person or by a doctor. You also consent to your child being taken to a doctor or hospital in case of emergency. A M Football Coaching reserve the right to refuse an applicant based on the information provided in the medical consent form. If there is any change to the medical information you provided on your application form, it is the parents responsibility to inform the A M Football Coaching staff through email.
Damages/Injuries/Loss of Possessions:
A M Football Coaching is staffed by accredited FA Coaches appointed by A M Football Coaching who will implement the highest safety measures. A M Football Coaching will not be held responsible for damages, injuries or loss of possessions. We strongly recommend that all valuables be left at home.
During A M Football Coaching participants may be asked to play with participants of a different age. The parent / guardian of any child who does not wish their child to play with children of a different age must make it known to A M Football Coaching staff before payment is made for the session. In the absence of such notification it shall be deemed that the parent / guardian has consented to their child playing with children of a different age if requested to do so by a coach. Every effort will be made to keep appropriate ages together as much as possible in group sessions.
Vehicles and property is left entirely at your own risk. Including parking restrictions.
Conduct:
Participants must follow the instructions of the coaching staff in charge. Misbehaviour or bullying may result in the participant being expelled from A M Football Coaching sessions and any fees paid will not be refunded. In the interest of safety, participants are not permitted to leave the A M Football Coaching venue during the coaching session times without the written consent of a parent/guardian. If a child is expelled from their A M Football Coaching session their parent/guardian will be contacted immediately and appropriate arrangements for the collection of the child will be made should the participant not have parental consent to travel to and from the venue.
Photographic or Video Permission:
All participants in A M Football Coaching programs may be used in photographic or video material for promotional purposes by A M Football Coaching . If the participating child is under a court order or is in care of the HSE the parent/guardian must advise A M Football Coaching of this in writing before the commencement of A M Football Coaching sessions. If any parent/guardian does not want their child to be photographed or videoed by A M Football Coaching for promotional purposes, the parent/guardian must advise this in writing to A M Football Coaching at least 5 days prior to the commencement of any A M Football Coaching session.
Weather:
A M Football Coaching cannot be held accountable for weather conditions. We ask that all participants come prepared. In cases where the weather has affected the condition of the playing surface or is deemed so bad that coaching activities have to be suspended, the coaching staff will be available to supervise the players until such a time it is deemed safe to resume. Should the conditions show no signs of improving, A M Football Coaching will contact the parent or guardian to advise them of the suspension of coaching activities if necessary. It will then be of the parent/guardian to make arrangements to collect their child immediately. The coaching staff will supervise all children until they have been collected. This will be a last resort.

Payments:
We ask that payments are made through the methods advised on the A M Football Coaching website. All payment options are clearly stated both on the website and through the email provided on the registration form.
Payment for each new block or session should be paid in full or in agreed instalment amount and in advance to A M Football Coaching through one of the payment options provided.
Once a block commences, the Fee is non-refundable under any circumstances except with the prior agreement of A M Football Coaching . Agreements can be made to carry over sessions into a new block. Agreements are limited to 1. If a player is unable to participate due to serious injury or illness. A medical certificate may be requested by A M Football Coaching. 2. If a player is on holidays then this may be allowed once notice has been provided 14 days in advance.
Where any special offer rates are advertised, these special offer rates cannot be availed of and used in conjunction with any agreement for carrying over sessions.
Special offer rate is only available when the full amount is paid in full and at a minimum of one week before the block commences.
Where a player decides not to continue onto additional blocks, no money will be refunded.
Once a block commences, refunds cannot be made.
Training Kit:
All players must be in the appropriate training kit during the session they’re attending. A M Football Coaching accepts appropriate training kits as, Gloves, boots/astros, socks, shin pads, shorts or Goalkeeping shorts/trousers, sports shirt, Goalkeeper top, and ‘skins’ Thermal wear.
AMFC Official Kit:
Kits purchased through A M Football Coaching is no longer the responsibility of AMFC upon customer receipt of any item in question. Payments for Official AMFC merchandise must be made in full before item will be delivered.
School Holiday Club specific terms and conditions
Weather:
A M Football Coaching shall not be accountable should our camp activities be suspended or cancelled due to adverse weather. In cases where the weather has affected the condition of the playing surface or is deemed so bad that coaching activities have to be suspended, the coaching staff will be available to supervise alternative indoor activities, only if the host club or venue can provide such an indoor facility. Please note the vast majority venues cannot provide indoor playing facilities. Should such a facility not be available and the conditions show no signs of improving, A M Football Coaching will contact the parent or guardian to advise them of the suspension of coaching activities if necessary. It will then be the responsibility of the parent/guardian to make arrangements to collect their child immediately. The coaching staff will supervise all children until they have been collected.
Cancellations & School Holiday Club Transfers:
In exceptional circumstances it may be possible to facilitate transfer of bookings to alternative dates/venues. If you wish to transfer a booking you must contact a member of the A M Football Coaching Team 48 hours before the commencement of the camp email amfootballcoaching@yahoo.com
Refunds:
No refunds will be made after the playing kit has been presented to the participants or should the cancellation be notified after the camp has commenced. In the unlikely event that inclement weather forces the cancellation of the full week’s activities a full refund will be issued. If inclement weather causes only partial cancellation of the week, no refund will be issued. A M Football Coaching must be contacted via email amfootballcoaching@yahoo.com in relation to refund queries.
Cancellation T&C’s:
A time and day will be allocated for small group sessions, if you commit to a month of sessions, your allocated time will stay the same on a weekly basis, unless requested by AMFC and agreed upon by both parties.
If we have not received notice of non-attendance 24 hours prior to the start of the session, then payment will be taken for that session and won’t be carried over to the following session or block.
There may be certain circumstances to which the cancellation terms can be adjusted at the discretion of the AMFC Directors.
If players cannot attend a session(s) within the month and appropriate notice is given, the sessions(s) will be carried over into the next month and deducted from next month’s payment.
If a player decides not to continue with the small group sessions, mid-block, the remaining sessions will not be refunded.
